RETURNS
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in new condition with original packaging for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return.

SHIPPING
The shipping prices we display on our website have been calculated correctly and you will be charged accordingly. However, in the event of unforseen circumstances, such as an internal error or computer bug that could mean that the displayed amount for shipping is incorrect (ie. we either over or undercharge you) we will contact you directly to arrange any discrepancies in shipping costs to be corrected before sending the items.

DELIVERY
We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using Courier Post for New Zealand deliveries or NZ Post International Air for overseas deliveries. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

PRIVACY
Your privacy is very important to NZ Health Naturally. With that in mind, we have established and implemented information handling practices that we believe are consistent with the highest standards and best practices of organizations doing business on the Internet. This privacy policy describes the practices that apply to our site, including, specifically, the information we collect about you, when and how we collect that information and what may happen to that information.
• we will not collect personally identifiable information like your name, e-mail and mailing address and telephone number ("Personal Information") without your knowledge and permission;
• we will not disclose your Personal Information to third parties unless you have authorized us to do so;
• we will take reasonable steps to protect the security of the Personal Information we collect from you.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
NZ Health Naturally does not collect personally identifiable information on our website, such as your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number, without your knowledge. Such information is collected only when you knowingly and voluntarily submit it to us (as, for example, when you contact us via e-mail). NZ Health Naturally uses such voluntarily submitted information for the purposes for which it was submitted. The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We use this information to process your transaction, and we share the information with Visa, Mastercard in order to process your order.

WE USE COOKIES
Cookies allow NZ Health Naturally to remember you. If we didn't use cookies you would have to enter your details each time you visited. If you really prefer not to use cookies you can set your browser preferences to not accept cookies. Most websites however, including NZ Health Naturally, require cookies to process your orders.

TRENDS, TRACKING AND SHARING INFORMATION
NZ Health Naturally uses standard software for monitoring statistical information such as how many visitors we have to our websites and what countries they are coming from. These statistics are viewed on an aggregate basis and help us get general overviews of customer trends. We do not look at individual customer data. Personal information is treated as strictly confidential and will only be reviewed or examined in the event of a dispute, claim, error or customer request.

SECURITY
Customer and order information are not kept on the website, but are emailed directly to our order centre. In addition, when we receive your information, it is stored on a secure location in our office so that it can only be accessed by us.

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
All online transactions are processed in NZ dollars. If you are buying from outside of New Zealand, the price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand, we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate at the time it is processed.

Flo2Cash (www.flo2cash.co.nz) processes the customers’s transactions and this detail will appear on their statement, please keep in mind that Flo2Cash is not the merchant’s name. Flo2Cash is Approved and Certified under the stringent Visa and MasterCard International Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), our payment solutions allow safe and hassle free credit card transactions on the website.
