How It Works: NZ Health Naturally Omega 3 contains the essential fatty acids docosahexanoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaeoic acid (EPA). Regular consumption of omega-3 fatty acids may help to prevent blood clots, protect against irregular heartbeats, lower blood pressure and aid in the maintenance of general well- being. NZ Health Naturally Omega 3 has been sourced from wild, cold water, oily fish and has been quality tested to ensure low levels of mercury.
Dosage: 2-4 capsules daily with meals or take as professionally advised. Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C, away from children.
Active Ingredients: Each capsule contains natural fish oil 1000mg (equiv. to eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180mg, (equiv. to docosahexanoic acid (DHA) 120mg. Gelatin capsules.
